About me
I have worked in the mental health field for 9 years in inpatient facilities, hospitals, substance use programs, and outpatient settings with children, adolescents, and adults. Throughout my career, I have encountered a common theme among those I've served: the impact of trauma, whether it manifests emotionally, mentally, or physically. My mission is to guide you through identifying, processing, and overcoming life's challenges, empowering you to rediscover the joy of simply being yourself.
When I am not working, I like to enjoy the outdoors with my family and two dogs. Whether it be hiking, snowboarding, or leisurely walks, I feel my best when I am outside. I like being active and rotate through running half-marathons, training at my Crossfit gym, and learning new sports.
